By booking our services or visiting our wellness center, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Offered

Niramay Wellness provides the following wellness and therapy services:

  • Kansya Foot Therapy

  • Relaxation Foot Massage

  • Pain Relief Therapy

  • Stress Relief Foot Therapy

  • Circulation Improvement Massage

  • Wellness Packages and Custom Plans

We may update our list of services or refuse service at our discretion.

3. Bookings & Appointments

  • All appointments are subject to availability.

  • Booking confirmations will be sent via email or SMS.

  • If you are a first-time client, we may require additional information before confirming your appointment.

  • Appointments are considered confirmed only once payment or deposit (if applicable) is received.

4. Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods:

    • Cash

    • Card payment (via secure terminal)

    • Online booking payments (if available)

  • Wellness packages must be paid in full before the first session begins.

  • All prices are listed in AUD and may be updated without prior notice.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of $20.

  • If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without notice, a full session charge may apply.

  • In case of emergencies or unforeseen events, we will work with you to reschedule without additional cost.

6. Health & Safety Guidelines

  • Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or implanted medical devices (e.g., pacemakers, metal implants) before treatment.

  • If you have skin conditions, open wounds, or infections, please notify us before booking.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the treatment may be unsafe or inappropriate.

  • For the safety of our staff and clients, pets and children should not be in the therapy area during the session.

7. Service Disclaimer

Our services are designed to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and support general wellbeing.
They are not a substitute for medical treatment or professional healthcare advice.

Please consult with your doctor if you have serious health concerns before booking any service with us.

8. Liability

While we take great care in providing our services, Niramay Wellness is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing health conditions or injuries aggravated by the service

  • Adverse reactions due to undisclosed medical information

  • Personal items lost or damaged during your visit

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
